First a consultant, then a senior manager at Mercuri International (the world’s leading consultancy for improving companies’ sales), Eric worked for 9 years with his team for 500 companies. In early 1997, he agreed to join the sales department at Oléane as its senior manager. December 1999 saw a move to ISDnet/Cable & Wireless as sales and marketing director. He initiated the ip-label project at the end of 1999.
Following postgraduate studies in France and Britain, Christophe received his Magistère in International Relations from the Sorbonne (Paris I) after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in European Business from Preston University (Lancashire). Christophe built on his initial specialty by pursuing postgraduate study within a continuing education programme in “Strategic Management and Economic Intelligence” at the EGE (ESLSCA group). After several assignments and experiences outside France (in the USA, for instance, and in the Czech Republic on behalf of France Télécom), he became Deputy Director of Sales at Oléane, where he spent 5 years contributing to the development and success of the leading French internet operator for corporate accounts prior to its takeover by France Télécom in 1999. A co-founder of the ip-label project, he joined the team at the start of 2000 and defined and steered the sales and marketing policy for France, and thereafter for European development (Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Germany, etc.). Christophe combines impeccable knowledge of the IP world and the IT industry with high-level sales and marketing skills in the field of B2B.
A graduate of the French Institut National des Télécommunications with a Masters Degree in International Project Management from one of the leading French business schools (ESCP), Mylène has over 11 years’ experience in the Internet/Telecoms services sector, including two outside France. Before joining ip-label, Mylène held the following responsibilities: - Customer Program Manager at MCI Worldcom EMEA (in charge of AXA, BNP Paribas and IBM Global Services accounts) - Marketing & Business Development Manager at Cable & Wireless, Tiscali and Telecom Italia successively.
She has thus built up substantial expertise in project management, pre-sales consulting, strategic marketing, product marketing, channel marketing and business development, combined with extensive knowledge of internet and telecoms technologies. After graduating from the French Institut Supérieur de Commerce in 1994, Adeline started her career working for the ACCOR group as a sales engineer focusing on Corporate/Major Accounts. In September 1999, she joined GTS Omnicom and was appointed Sales Manager for pre-paid promotional telephone cards. Adeline has been working for ip-label since 2001 and has made a significant contribution to the customer base through direct sales and the signing of strategic partnerships. She is currently responsible for direct sales to corporate accounts and e-commerce companies in France.
Since January 2006, Lionel has been in charge of sales of ip-label solutions on the Iberian (Spanish & Portuguese) market. A graduate of EPITA (School for Computer Science and Advanced Techniques), he started his career at France Télécom as a Project Manager, rolling out network administration solutions for two years. After that he took charge of deploying Oléane solutions for corporate clients. He then worked for Level(3) for two years as a pre-sales manager before joining ip-label at the beginning of 2001, where he led operations, production and customer services until 2005. Lionel is based in Madrid.

Nicolas Runderkamp is in charge of sales of ip-label.newtest solutions in the Benelux market. In addition to his experience in IT, his dual French-Dutch background facilitates targeting, understanding and meeting the needs of prospects and customers in this region. Having been trained in applied foreign languages and foreign trade, he began his career at Sivea / JWP Information Systems as branch manager, creating and managing a sales branch called “Global Supply Key Accounts”, where he served as Key Account Manager for 10 years. Before joining ip-label, Nicolas was head of export sales development for four years on behalf of e-business software vendors. In particular, he manages sales of inverse auction platforms (e-sourcing) as well as VoIP billing platforms for post- and pre-paid VoIP solutions. David has been in charge of indirect sales to hosting companies, facilities managers and software companies since the start of 2007. After earning an advanced technician's diploma (BTS) in Business Studies and a Masters Degree from the French Institut du Commerce et de la Distribution, he began his professional career in a work-study programme at a France Télécom business branch, where he headed sales of Internet products for education. He then joined Oléane as a sales attaché for SMEs/SMIs. In 2000, he was recruited by ISDnet / Cable & Wireless, and opened their branch in Nantes with a view to developing indirect sales. David then took charge of sales for customers of Print et Presse Magazine on behalf of Veepee. With this experience behind him, David brings to channel management first-rate knowledge of the key players and issues in the French Internet/telecoms sector.
A co-founder of the ip-label project in 2000, Alain is the company’s Senior Manager of Development and Product Marketing. As such he is involved on a day-to-day basis in supporting sales, advising on methodology, and developing the best technical solutions to offer companies. He leads the Consulting Centre and performs audits for corporate accounts. In his capacity of head of product marketing, he develops professional services and works to make ip-label.newtest solutions not only a perfect fit for market demand, but also to enhance the market. This is the man behind the specifications and development of the VoIP monitoring solution currently commercialized by ip-label.newtest.
Having received an advanced degree (DESS) in Ergonomics as well as an engineering diploma in Networks and Telecoms, Patrick Gilli joined Auditec in 1996 after working as a consultant and trainer. At Auditec he was successively a support engineer, consultant, Head of the Quality Department, in charge of Customer Relations and, lastly, Product Manager. At ip-label.newtest, he is Pre-Sales and Product Manager for the Newtest suite.
 A graduate of the French Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications, Laurent has over 15 years’ experience in IT. He joined ip-label in 2006 take charge of carrying out consulting and pre-sales assignments. Now he leads and develops operational marketing for the ip-label.newtest group. Before coming to the company, Laurent worked for telecom operators in various capacities; in particular, he was responsible for structuring the quality entity at Numéricable. He also headed the marketing consultancy department at Expertel Consulting to assist France Télécom in mounting and launching new offers. A graduate from the University of the West of England in 2003, with a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Business Studies, Dan started his career as a Marketing Executive for IT Solutions Europe, a consulting and outsourcing services company. In 2005 he joined Auditec's marketing team to develop its international marketing projects across Europe and the USA. Since becoming Marketing Manager in 2007 he has continued to develop Auditec’s operational marketing as well as defining its channel marketing strategy for international distributors. Dan is currently ip-label.newtest’s Marketing & Communications Manager.
A graduate of the French university Paris-Dauphine with an advanced graduate diploma (DESS) in decision support engineering, William co-founded Smartping at the start of 2000 and held the post of CTO at this company which specialized in measuring QoS in the Windows environment. With five years’ expertise in quality measurement solutions for services over IP, he joined ip-label as a Project Manager for mobile and television solutions, and later stepped up to the post of Chief Technical Officer. In 2008, William took charge of R&D and Operations for ip-label.newtest.
In October 2007, Michel was appointed head of consulting at ip-label. Since 2005, Michel had been in charge of selling ip-label solutions to customers in the Benelux countries. He joined ip-label at the start of 2001 to manage the various performance auditing services (performance analysis, load testing, etc.). Prior to that, he worked as a Pre-Sales Manager for Western Europe at Cable & Wireless, where he was in charge of designing tailored internet solutions for the major European ISPs. Before that, he worked at France Télécom as a telecoms rollout Project Manager for major French companies, and earlier on, he was a Network Manager at France Télécom, where he designed and set up a national high-speed network of over 100 sites. Michel is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Lille, France, and received his Master of Science degree from the University of Manchester.
A 2001 graduate of EPSI, a leading engineering school in Paris, Olivier began his career at Auditec as a consultant specialized in the Newtest product line. In 2003 he joined the "Product Quality" team and took part in technical and operational validations of Newtest products. He was appointed head of the Integration department in 2005, and managed the entire validation and delivery chain for Newtest products. In 2007, he was also put in charge ofthe Newtest Support team within a single "Integration and Support" department. In 2009 he became manager of Integration and Quality for the group ip-label.newtest, overseeing validation and delivery of the Newtest and Datametrie solutions.

After completing a Master degree in Finance and Business Administration, Franck began his career in auditing before moving to DHL International where he occupied various financial and administrative restructuring roles. In 1993 he then joined the American group VIA NET.WORKS Inc during initially as Chef Financial Officer then as Chef Financial Officer Group where he was in charge of around 10 structures in Europe. Franck then applied his project management expertise from the telecoms and industrial sectors to various consulting roles before joining ip-label.newtest in 2009 as Chef Financial Officer.
