ip-label.newtest took part in the itSMF conference France on 4 November this year, most notably through Philippe Lemonnier's participation in two discussion sessions. Mr. Lemonnier is in charge of the support team and service platform in Bouygues Telecom's network operations department. During the two sessions, Mr. Lemonnier explained how Bouygues Telecom moved from systems operation to service production, integrating ip-label.newtest solutions to round out technical views of components. In 2002, with the development of value added services and increasing pressure from customer demands, it was essential to select a tool which offered a "service" view, in the user-relevant sense of the term. The internet department became the project's initial sponsor. The choice of ip-label.netwest solutions resulted, in particular, from their ability to mesh with existing tools and deploy over the full spectrum of services operated by the department. ip-label.newtest solutions have also been recognized for their high capacity for adaptation, a pertinent characteristic in a perpetually changing technological context. ip-label.newtest solutions have much to offer various ITIL processes, especially incident management, problem management, service level management and change management. In Philippe Lemonnier's department in 2008, ip-label.newtest solutions amount to around 200 user scenarios running nearly 22,000 measurements every day on services as diverse as web navigation, downloading of ringtones, e-mail, voice services, and more. Attendance at the discussion sessions reached room capacity limit, a success confirmed by participants who visited our booth in the partners' village.
