Changes to Our Privacy Policy

This privacy policy may change from time to time in accordance with legislation or other developments relevant to the protection of personal data. We invite you to check this page occasionally for any policy changes.

ip-label Benchmarking policy

While ip-label is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of any data gathered in the context of any particular service agreement, a website could nevertheless be subject to additional monitoring under the terms of another contract.

The metrics used for our benchmarks are the result of monitoring which is conducted separately from any agreement signed with any third party. Monitoring for the purpose of benchmarking applies exclusively to contracts performed by ip-label.

Our benchmark information can be freely distributed provided that ip-label is acknowledged as the source (e.g. “source: ip-label”), and the duration and period of the measurements are cited. The websites that appear in our benchmarks are chosen on the basis of their communications and their internet strategy.

The purpose of our benchmarks is to reflect the QoS of third-party websites as seen from the ip-label metrology network. We therefore refer to brands exclusively in the spirit of providing public information, and all care is taken to avoid any prejudice to those named. Any website which does not wish to feature in our benchmarks can stop the monitoring by contacting ip-label.
